but excluding therefrom the area described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Declaring Land in Hawke’s Bay Land District Vested in the Hawke’s Bay Education Board as a Site for a Public School to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen


BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Hawke’s Bay Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY

SECTIONS 69 and 70, Block V, Houhora East Survey District: Area, 100 acres 3 roods 13 perches, more or less (S.O. Plans 44397 and 44744).

Also Lot 13, D.P. 43754, being part Sections 32 and 49, Block V, Houhora East Survey District: Area, 74 acres 2 roods 37 perches, more or less.

Also Lot 1, D.P. 52327, being part Section 10, Block I, and part Section 32, Block V, Houhora East Survey District: Area, 215 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less.

Declaring an Area in the Otago Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the area described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge in the Otago Acclimatisation District for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.


SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—MANIOTOTO COUNTY

SECTION 2, Block III, Serpentine Survey District: Area; 335 acres 2 roods.

As is shown on plan numbered I.A. 46/29/421 and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs at Wellington, and thereon edged in red.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of November 1965.
