Amending an Order in Council Appointing Five Non-elective Members of the North Canterbury Catchment Board

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council, dated the 3rd day of August 1949 and published in Gazette of 4 August 1949, Volume II, page 1626, appointing five non-elective members of the North Canterbury Catchment Board, as amended by Order in Council dated 18 May 1959 and published in Gazette of 21 May 1959 at page 646, by deleting “District Soil Conservator, Department of Agriculture, Christchurch” and substituting “Fields Superintendent, Department of Agriculture, Christchurch”.

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council, dated the 3rd day of August 1949 and published in Gazette 4 August 1949, Volume II, page 1625, as amended by the Order in Council dated the 12th day of February 1962 and published in Gazette, 15 February 1962, No. 12, page 303, appointing non-elective members of the Wairarapa Catchment Board and further amended by Order in Council dated 28 August 1963 and published in Gazette, 29 August 1963, at page 1233, by deleting “District Soil Conservator, Department of Agriculture Palmerston North” and substituting “Fields Superintendent, Department of Agriculture, Palmerston North”.

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council, dated the 3rd day of August 1949 and published in Gazette of 4 August 1949 at page 1625, appointing five non-elective members of the Southland Catchment Board, as amended by Order in Council dated 11 March 1963 and published in Gazette of 21 March 1963 at page 369, and further amended by Order in Council dated 5 August 1964 and published in Gazette, 13 August 1964, at page 1283, by deleting the words “Instructor in Agriculture (Soil Conservation), Department of Agriculture, Invercargill”, and substituting the words “Fields Superintendent, Department of Agriculture, Invercargill”.

PURSUANT to section 8 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs that the width of the proposed access ways described in the Schedule hereto shall be more than 12 ft, but not more than 20 ft.
