PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court, by an order dated the 16th day of October 1962, to be road.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Further Portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication) in Block IV, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation, dated the 30th day of July 1948 and published in Gazette, 5 August 1948, Volume II, at page 975, and registered as No. 3923, Wellington Land Registry, defining the middle line of a further portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication) in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council, dated the 3rd day of August 1949 and published in Gazette of 4 August 1949, Volume II, page 1625, appointing five non-elective members of the Manawatu Catchment Board, as amended by Order in Council dated 12 October 1960 and published in Gazette of 20 October 1960 at page 1646, by deleting “District Soil Conservator, Department of Agriculture, Palmerston North” and substituting “Fields Superintendent, Department of Agriculture, Palmerston North”.

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council, dated the 3rd day of August 1949 and published in Gazette of 4 August 1949, at page 1625, appointing five non-elective members of the Nelson Catchment Board, as amended by Order in Council dated 13 April 1955 and published in Gazette of 21 April 1955 at page 680, by deleting the words “Instructor in Agriculture, Department of Agriculture, Nelson” and substituting the words “Fields Superintendent, Department of Agriculture, Nelson”.
