144A for a distance of 670 links and south-westerly along

Puniu Parish, to a point on the south-western boundary of
part Allotment 145, 1000 links distant from the western-
most corner of Lot 10, D.P. S. 1389, along the last-mentioned
south-western boundary, and the south-western boundary
of Lot 10 aforesaid, to and along the south-eastern side of
Puniu Road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of
Allotment 232, Mangapiko Parish, along a right line cross-
ing the said road to and along the aforesaid eastern boundary,
to and along a right line crossing Allotment 231 to peg VIII
on the eastern side of the North Island Main Trunk Rail-
way as shown on S.O. 3908, Sheet 1; thence along a right
line crossing the said railway, Allotments 230, 229, and
228 on a bearing of 264° 30' for a distance of 3700 links
and north-westerly along another right line crossing part
Allotment 228, and Rewi Street, to the south-eastern corner of
part Allotment 243 (school site, Gazette, 1958, page 749);
thence northerly along the eastern boundaries of Allotments
243 and 242 to the south-western side of Alexander Street;

meets the sea; thence north-easterly, easterly, and south-
easterly generally along the said left bank to the production
of the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 93, Onewhero
Parish, including Allotment 38, Koheroa Parish (Tuoro
Island); thence along a right line, in the direction of
the south-western corner of Allotment 17, Parish of
Koheroa, to a point in the Waikato River midway between
the said left bank and the south-western boundary of Allot-
ment 36, Koheroa Parish (Motutawa Island); thence southerly
generally up the middle of the aforesaid river to and up the
middle of the channel between Allotments 10 (Taipouri
Island) and 11 (Motukorea Island), Whangape Parish, and
again up the middle of that river to a point in line with
