and a right line across a public road to and along the
southern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 24766 aforesaid, to the
eastern boundary of Allotment 41; thence westerly generally along the eastern and southern boundaries of Allotment
41 aforesaid, along the southern boundaries generally of
Allotments 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 350, 349, 348, 347, 346, 345,
and the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of Allot-
ment 344 to and along the south-eastern side of a public
road forming the north-western boundaries of Allotments
361, part 355, 360, 359, 427, and 369, all the aforesaid
allotments being of Pirongia Parish, to Trig. Station 1922,
Mahaukura, situated in Block III, Pirongia Survey District;
then e westerly generally along the south-western boundary
of Allotment 358, Pirongia Parish, the end of a public
road, the south-western boundaries of Allotments 352 and
428, Pirongia Parish aforesaid, and the end of another
public road to Trig. Station, Tahuamui; thence along the
south-eastern, southern, and western boundaries of part
Moerangi No. 4 Block (State forest New Zealand Gazette,
1948, page 1341), and along the southern boundary of
Section 6, Block I, Pirongia Survey District, to its south-
western corner, along a right line across Section 9, Block
I aforesaid, to an angle opposite in its western boundary
and along that western boundary to and along the southern
and western boundaries of Section 7, Block I, of the
said Survey District, along the southern boundary of Section
4, Block IV, Kawhia North Survey District, and a right
line from its south-western corner across Kopunui Road,
to the nearest road angle on the eastern boundary of Section
18 of the said Block IV; thence along the western side
of that road, to and along the southern boundaries generally of Section 8 and Lot 2 of Section 7, Block XV, Kariol
Survey District, to and along the eastern boundary of
Section 1, Block III, Kawhia North Survey District, along
the southern boundary generally of Section 2, Block III
aforesaid, along the southern and south-western boundaries

shores of the Aotea Harbour; thence along the south-
eastern and southern shores of that harbour to the sea;
then e northerly generally along the sea coast to the point

BOUNDARIES OF COUNTY OF WAIKATO

All that area in the South Auckland Land District bounded
by a line commencing at a point in Block VI, Maramarua
Survey District, in the Waikato River midway between its
left bank and the western boundary of Allotment 36, Koheroa
Parish (Motutawa Island), and on a right line between the
intersection of the said left bank and the production of
the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 93, Onewhero
Parish, and the south-western corner of Allotment 17,
Koheroa Parish, and proceeding easterly generally along the
aforesaid right line, to and up the middle of the Whanga-
marino and Maramarua Rivers and the middle of the Manga-
tangi Stream to the middle of the Mangatangi North Road,
along the middle of that road and the Mangatangi-Miranda
Road to and along right lines passing through the middle
of Section 2, Block XVI, Opaheke Survey District (formerly
closed road and now parts Lot 11, D.P. 7211 and D.P.
16643), to and again along the middle of another part
of the Mangatangi-Miranda Road and the middle of the
public road forming the northern boundaries of part Allot-
ment 158, as shown on D.P. 14554, Allotment 157, Koheroa
Parish, Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 33468, and intersecting Lots 21,
22, and 23, D.P. 7211, to and along the middle of part
Wharekawa No. 1 between Lot 13, D.P. 31704, Lots 1
and 3, D.P. 27867, and Lot 15, D.P. 31704, to and along
the middle of another public road forming the generally
southern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 27867, to and along the
western, southern, and eastern boundaries of Allotment 213,
Koheroa Parish (now part of Lot 3, D.P. 33494), to a
point in line with the middle line of the Miranda Boundary
Road forming the northern boundary of part Lot 6, D.P.
33494, along a right line to and along the said middle line to
a point in line with a right line passing through the middle
of Allotment 231, along a right line to and along the said
middle line and its production across the Miranda Boundary
Road and along the middle of the public road intersecting
part Lot 3, D.P. 29999, to the western boundary of Allot-
ment 82, Koheroa Parish, in Block VI, Wharekawa Survey
District, along the western and northern boundaries of the
said Allotment 82 to the shores of the Firth of Thames,
and along the aforesaid shores and the left bank of the
Miranda Stream to a point in line with the western boundary
of Lot 2, D.P. 28111; thence southerly along a right line
to and long the said boundary and the western boundaries
of Lot 1, D.P. 28111, Waitakaruru 4c 5, 4c 3, and again
4c 5, part 4c 4, and Lot 3, D.P. 21822, and that last-named
boundary produced to the north-eastern boundary of Section
1, Block VIII, Wharekawa Survey District, along the said
north-eastern boundary and the north-eastern boundary of

Section 2, Block VIII, aforesaid, along the south-eastern
boundary of the said Section 2, and along the northern
boundary of part Section 20, Block II, Piako Survey District,
to the intersection of a right line between Trig. Station
135, (Rataroa), and the north-western corner of Section 38,
Block VII, Piako Survey District; thence south-easterly along
the said right line to and along the south-western
boundaries of the said Section 38, part Section 4, and
part Section 5, Block VII aforesaid, part Section 12, Section
15, the abutment of North Road, Section 18, the abutment
of South Road, Sections 19 and 5, all the aforesaid sections
being of Block XI, Piako Survey District along the western
boundaries of part Section 1 and Section 2, Block XV
aforesaid a right line across Matahuru Gorge Road to
and along the generally western boundaries of Section 9, Block

crossing the intervening Tahuna-Ohinewai Road and the
Mangawhara Stream to and along the western boundaries

18, 17, 16, and 15, Block XII, Hapuakohe Survey District,
crossing the intervening Tainui Road to and along the
western boundaries of Hoe-O-Tainui South 1A 2 and 1A 1,
Lot 1, D.P. 29197, Lots 4 and 3, D.P. S. 862, Lot 1, D.P. 8138,
a right line across the Taupiri-Morrinsville Road to and
along the western boundaries of part Lot 6, D.P. 11661,

6 and 5, D.P. 12470, Lot 1, D.P. 29694, Lot 1, D.P. 29321, Lot

the Rotorua Branch Railway and a public road, to and
along the western boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 8165,
Lot 1, D.P. 7723, a right line across State Highway No. 26,
to and along the western and south-western boundaries of
Lot 2 and the south-western boundary of Lot 1, both lots
being of D.P. S. 2799, along the southern boundary of
part Lot 2, D.P. 7860, to and along a series of right lines
passing through parts Tahuroa No. 1 as shown on D.P.
23795, parts Tahuroa No. 1, across Tahuroa Road and
through Lot 1, D.P. S. 3993, and Lot 2, D.P. S. 3994,
being the generally southern boundaries of Lots 1 and 2,
L.T. Plan 20705, to the westernmost corner of Lot 5, D.P.
11745; thence south-easterly generally along the western
boundaries of the said lot and Lots 4, 3, 2, and 1, D.P.
11745, and that last-named boundary produced to the middle
of Scotchmans Valley Road, along the middle of that road
to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot
2, D.P. 15442, along a right line to and along the said
boundary and along the southern boundaries of Section 7,
Block XIV, Maungakawa Survey District, Lots 3 and 4,
D.P. S. 2306, and part Teauowaikato No. 8, to and along
the western boundaries of Kiwitahi 2E and 2D, and along
the southern boundary of the said 2D and its production to
and up the middle of the Topehahae Stream to a point
in line with the southern boundary of Kiwitahi 1D 1, along
a right line, crossing Waterworks Road, to and along the
said boundary, to and southerly along the western boundary
of Section 5, Block III, Cambridge Survey District; thence
south-westerly along the north-western boundaries of part
Lot 43, D.P. 14557, part Lot J, D.P. 2756, crossing the
intervening public road, Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 22079, a right
line across Whitehall Road, to and along the north-western
boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. S. 2875, part Sections E2 and
W2, Whitehall Settlement, and that last-named boundary
produced across a public road to and along the north-
western, and the western boundaries of part Hinuera No. 2,
the north-western boundary of Section 15, Karapiro Settlement,
to and along the eastern boundary of part Lot 2, D.P. 3569,
a right line across French Pass Road to and along the western
boundary of part Section 9, Karapiro Settlement, and that
last-named boundary produced to the middle of the Karapiro
Stream in Block X, Cambridge Survey District; thence
westerly down the middle of that stream to and along the
eastern, northern, and western boundaries of the Borough
of Cambridge as described in Gazette, 1958, page 1732, to
and down the middle of the Waikato River to and along
the generally eastern boundary of the City of Hamilton,
hereinbefore described, to and again down the middle of
the Waikato River to and along the south-eastern, north-
eastern, and northern boundaries of the Borough of Ngarua-
wahia as described in Gazette, 1921, page 501, to and
again down the middle of the Waikato River to and down
the middle of the channel between Allotments 10 (Taipouri Island)
and 11 (Motukorea Island), Whangape Parish, and continu-
ing down the middle of the Waikato River, so as to in-
clude all the islands in the said river, to the point of
commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF COUNTY OF WAIPI

All that area in the South Auckland Land District bounded
by a line commencing at a point in Block VII, Newcastle
Survey District, in the middle of the Waipa River, in
line with the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 109A,
Suburbs of Newcastle South, and proceeding easterly generally
along a right line to and along the generally southern
