S. 3049, to and along the north-eastern side of Oak Avenue and its production to the north-western side of Dominion Road; thence north-westerly generally along that roadside to and along the south-western and north-western boundaries of part Lot 75, D.P. 9235, to the easternmost corner of part Allotment 63, Pukete Parish, as shown on D.P. 9024, along the north-eastern boundaries of the said part Allotment 63 and part Allotment 63A as shown on the said plan to the easternmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 2421, along the south-eastern boundaries of the said Lot 1 and Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, D.P. S. 2421, to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned lot, and westerly along a right line crossing part of Allotment 63, Pukete Parish, as shown on D.P. 11686, 400 links distant south-easterly from the south-eastern side of Thomas Road; thence north-westerly along that boundary to the south-eastern side of Thomas Road; thence along a right line crossing the said road to a point on its north-western side 291 links distant south-westerly from the southernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 7236; thence along a right line at right angles to Thomas Road through part Allotment 61, Pukete Parish, to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 7236; thence northerly generally along a right line to and along the last-mentioned boundary, along the north-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 34866 and its production across Rotokauri Road and part Allotment 50, Pukete Parish, to the western boundary of Allotment 49, Pukete Parish, along that boundary and along the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 4195, to a point in line with the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 26629, along a right line across part of Allotment 48, Pukete Parish, as shown on D.P. 3396 to and along the last-mentioned boundary and along the southern boundary of part Allotment 209, as shown on D.P. 6887, and that last-named boundary produced to the western side of the public road forming the western boundary of the said part Allotment 209; thence northerly along the western side of that road and its production across a public road to the south-western side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway; thence north-westerly along that south-western side to and north-easterly along the south-eastern side of Church Road crossing the intervening railway and National State Highway No. 1, to and easterly along the northern boundaries of part Allotments 19 and 20, Pukete Parish, as shown on D.P. 12039, part Lots 4 and 3, Deeds Plan 346, and along the northern boundary of Allotment 21, Pukete Parish and that last-named boundary produced to the eastern side of Pukete Road; thence northerly along that eastern roadside and its production across part Allotment 23B, Pukete Parish, to the middle of the Waikato River, the point of commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF BOROUGH OF HUNTLY

All that area in the South Auckland Land District containing 1,936 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Allotment 14, Taupiri Parish, in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly along the south-western side of Russells Road, to a point 427 links from the said northernmost corner; thence north-easterly along a right line across that road to the northernmost corner of Lot 23, D.P. 23455; thence south-easterly generally along the south-western boundary of part Allotment 15, comprised in certificate of title, Volume 631, folio 258, along a right line across Ralphs Road to and along the south-western side of a railway to the intersection of the south-western boundary of Allotment 463B, along the north-eastern boundaries of part Allotments 11 and 6, along the north-eastern end of an intersecting public road to the easternmost corner of the said part Allotment 6, along the north-western side of a public road forming the north-western boundary of part Allotment 5, and along the north-eastern end of that road to and along the south-western side of a railway to the junction of the north-eastern boundary of part Allotment 5; thence south-westerly generally along the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of the said part Allotment 5, and the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 41 and 37, D.P. S. 1158, and the last-named boundary produced across Kimihia Road to the easternmost corner of Allotment 690, along the south-eastern boundaries of the said Allotment and part Allotment 306, and that last-named boundary produced to the intersection of a right line between the southernmost corner of Lot 14, D.P. 23553, at the intersection of the western side of Russells Road with the northern side of Kimihia Road and the easternmost corner

of Lot 7, L.T. 22910; thence south-easterly along the said right line to the easternmost corner of Lot 7 aforesaid and along another right line to the northernmost corner of Lot 42, D.P. 23986; thence generally southerly along the generally eastern boundaries of the said Lot 42, Lot 5, D.P. 31041, and Lot 1, D.P. 32379, and a right line crossing part Allotment 463, all the aforesaid allotments being of Taupiri Parish, to the northernmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 32379, along the north-western boundary of the said lot and westerly generally along the generally northern boundary of Lot 17, D.P. 20686, and that boundary produced across Upland Road, Lot 14, D.P. 29455, and a public road to the eastern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 11170; thence southerly along the said eastern boundary, the eastern boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 28445, Lots 158, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, and 164, D.P. 350, the eastern end of Jackson's Road, Lots 5 and 4, D.P. 875, Lots 2, 3 and part 4, D.P. 23589, Lot 2, D.P. 35495, Lots 6 and part 7, D.P. 23589 to the south-eastern corner of the said part Lot 7; thence westerly along the southern boundary of that lot, to and along the southern end of a public road, a right line crossing the North Island Main Trunk Railway and Great South Road (National State Highway No. 1), to and along the southern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. S. 1463, and Lot 1, D.P. S. 2873, and that last-named boundary produced to the middle of the Waikato River; thence north-westerly generally down the middle of that river to a point in line with the southern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 25266, along a right line to and along the said southern boundary, along the western boundary of the said lot, and that last-named boundary produced to the north-western side of a public road, along that roadside to and along the western boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 25266, to the northernmost corner of part Allotment 9, Pepepe Parish, as shown on D.P. 15829, along a right line to the westernmost corner of Lot 68, D.P. 7295, along the north-western and western boundaries of the said lot and Lots 67, 66, 65, 64, 63, and 61, D.P. 7295, to the north-western corner of the last-named lot, along a right line to the westernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 858, along the production of the south-western boundary of the said lot across the Glen Afton Branch Railway and the Huntly-Rotowaro Road to a point 250 links distant from and measured at right angles to the north-western side of the said road; thence north-easterly generally along a right line parallel to the said roadside to and along the north-western boundaries of Lots 19, 18, and 17, D.P. S. 6662, a right line crossing part Allotment 45, Pepepe Parish, to and along the north-western boundaries of Lots 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1, D.P. S. 6662 and along right lines parallel to the said roadside and the northern side of Punt Road to the north-western corner of Lot 11, D.P. S. 310, along the western boundaries of Lots 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, and 3, D.P. S. 310, a right line crossing part Allotment 43, Pepepe Parish, and the western boundaries of Lot 2 (Railway Purposes, Gazette, 1960, page 1844), and Lot 1, both lots being of D.P. S. 5655, to and along the north-eastern boundary of part Allotment 43, Pepepe Parish, to the westernmost corner of Lot 11, D.P. S. 2830, to and along the north-western boundaries of the said lot and Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 1, D.P. S. 2830, to the north-western side of Waahi Road, along the north-western side of that road to the north-eastern corner of Lot 3, D.P. 21449; thence easterly along a right line crossing the aforesaid Waahi Road to and along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 9141, and generally north-easterly along the generally north-western boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 24180, and that last-named boundary produced to the middle of the Waikato River; thence northerly down the middle of that river to a point in line with the northern boundary of Allotment 14B, Taupiri Parish; thence along a right line to and along the said northern boundary and another right line across Great South Road (National State Highway No. 1), to the south-western side of Russells Road; thence south-easterly along that roadside to the point of commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF BOROUGH OF TE AWAMUTU

All that area in the South Auckland Land District containing 1,762 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the easternmost corner of that part of Allotment 317, Mangapiko Parish (septic tank, Gazette, 1921, page 2037), shown on S.O. 21552, on the left bank of the Mangapiko Stream, in Block II, Puniu Survey District, and proceeding easterly generally along the said left bank to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 18196; thence easterly along a right line to and along the said boundary to the intersection of the south-western boundary of part Lot 7, D.P. 20887; thence north-westerly along a right line crossing the aforesaid part Lot 7 and part Allotment 69, Mangapiko Parish, both the last-named portions of land being shown on S.O. plan 32224 (defence purposes, Gazette, 1956, page 608), to the southernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 36301; thence north-westerly and easterly along the south-western and northern boundaries of the said lot to and north-easterly generally along the north-western side of Racecourse Road to the westernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 26593, along the western and northern boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 26593, to the easternmost corner of the said Lot 2, to and along the generally northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 34457, to the angle in that boundary 83Β° 16', 326 links measured easterly from the north-western corner of the said lot, along a series of right lines 750 links, 1300 links, and 700 links to a point on the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 35654, 1050 links westerly from the easternmost corner
