the point of commencement.

  1. All that area in the South Auckland Land District, County
    of Taupo, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of
    the middle line of the Waikato River with the southern bound-
    ary of Block V, Takapau Survey District, and proceeding
    generally south-westerly up the middle of that river to its
    intersection with the eastern boundary of Block XII, Tatua
    Survey District; thence northerly along that eastern boundary
    and easterly along the southern boundary of Block V, Takapau
    Survey District, to the point of commencement.

The area within which the licensee is authorised to erect
and use electric lines is shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D.
639 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity
Department at Wellington, and thereon outlined in yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF GENERATING WORKS

  1. Hinemaiaia A Scheme

(a) Headworks consisting of a dam and intake giving a
static head of approximately 105 ft.

(b) Pipeline leading from the intake aforesaid to the
powerhouse hereinafter referred to.

(c) Powerhouse with a water turbine and all necessary
equipment for generating electricity, having a maximum
capacity of 2,000 kW, the said powerhouse being situated in
Pahikohuru No. 6 Block, Block II, Waitahanui Survey District.

(d) Tail race leading from the powerhouse aforesaid to the
said stream.

All as indicated on the said plan marked S.H.D. 179.

  1. Hinemaiaia B Scheme
