At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 1st day of February 1965
Present:
THE HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road situated in Block XII, Okaka Survey District, Waitemata County, North Auckland R.D., commencing at the south-western corner of Section 1 of the aforesaid Block XII and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 36 chains and terminating at the south-eastern corner of the aforesaid Section 1.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19152 (S.O. 37231) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A–B.
