A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948,
I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in
the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of road described as follows:
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
1 1 12·3 Sections 30 and 155, Block I, Cromwell Survey
District, and Section 17, Block VI, Wakefield
Survey District.
0 0 18·4 Section 17, Block VI, Wakefield Survey District.
0 1 25 Railway land and Crown land, Block VI, Wakefield
Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 19123 (S.O. 13407) deposited in the office of the Minister
of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described
in the First Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway
laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 12th
day of August 1963, to be road; and I also hereby declare the
land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and comprised
in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order
dated the 24th day of March 1923, to be road.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block III, Puketi Survey
District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

Pukawa 4c Block; coloured red, edged red on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 19146 (M.L. 5078) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as
above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 15th day
of July 1964 and published in Gazette, 16 July 1964, Volume
II, page 1135, taking land for the Hamilton Eastern By-pass
Motorway in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, in so far as
it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 30 perches situated
in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, being part Lot 10, D.P.
S. 7724; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked M.O.W. 19180 (S.O. 42855) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
