A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and also vest the areas described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto, in John Irvine Falkner, (⅓ share), Marion Linda Falkner, John Irvine Falkner, and Peter Reginald Willock, (⅔ share).

ALL that piece of land containing 10 perches situated in Block IX, Waikohu Survey District, Waikohu County, Gisborne R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 2893, being part Okahuatiu No. 1 Block; coloured sepia, edged sepia on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19122 (S.O. 4900) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
