HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council, dated the 30th day of October 1963 and published in Gazette, Volume III, 7 November 1963, page 1802, declaring a service lane to be under the control and management of the Manukau County Council, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 17·5 perches situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 11, D.P. 51985; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19245 (S.O. 44663), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Adding Land to Abel Tasman National Park

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the date hereof, be added to and form part of Abel Tasman National Park and shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with by the Abel Tasman National Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—GOLDEN BAY COUNTY

SECTION 27, Square 10, situated in Block X, Totaranui Survey District: Area, 126 acres, more or less (S.O. Plan 4384).

The Ashburton Electric Power and Gas Board Electric Lines Licence 1965

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Ashburton Electric Power and Gas Board Electric Lines Licence 1965.

  2. Subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, the Ashburton Electric Power and Gas Board (hereinafter referred to as the licensee) is hereby authorised to lay, construct, put up, place, and use electric lines, and to construct electric works which may from time to time be required for the distribution and supply of electricity within the area of supply described in the Schedule hereto.

  3. The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961 shall be incorporated herein and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

  4. The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and with all regulations made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor, except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

  5. The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), and (h) of regulation 21–01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935.

  6. This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the 31st day of March 1986.

  7. The Order in Council, dated the 4th day of February 1959 and published in the Gazette on the 19th day of the same month at page 168, authorising the licensee to use electric lines, is hereby revoked.
