HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the 12th day of October 1964, and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
THE Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to that portion of the northern side of Kingston Street fronting part Allotment 6, Section 21, City of Auckland, comprised in certificate of title, Volume 37, folio 211, North Auckland Land Registry, and more particularly shown coloured red on plan A. 1413/4.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
THE northern side of all that portion of Kingston Street, in the City of Auckland, fronting part Allotment 6, Section 21, City of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19724, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Authorising the Sunlight League of New Zealand Inc., of Okuku Hills, Lees Valley, to Erect and Use Certain Electric Lines in the County of Ashley

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Sunlight League of New Zealand Inc., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch (hereinafter referred to as the licensee), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.

CONDITIONS
IMPLIED CONDITIONS

  1. The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961 shall be incorporated in and shall form part of this licence except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.

LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS
2. The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, and the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and with all regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively.

SYSTEM OF SUPPLY
3. The system of supply shall be as described in paragraph (d) of regulation 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and shall be an alternating current system.

DURATION OF LICENCE
4. Unless sooner lawfully determined, this licence shall continue in force until the 31st day of March 1986 or until a supply of electricity is available from an electric power board or other public source of supply, whichever is the earlier.

SCHEDULE
LINES for the supply of electrical energy by the system of supply hereinbefore described commencing from the licensee’s generator and the main line proceeding:

  1. In a northerly direction across Dobsons Road to a woolshed with branch lines leading off to horseboxes, a whare, and a garage.
  2. In a south-westerly direction to a workshop and house.
    All being situated in Section 6, Block I, Mount Thomas Survey District, in the County of Ashley; the said lines being more particularly shown by means of dotted blue lines on plan marked N.Z.E.D. 675 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

Authorising the Amethyst Electric Power Board to Construct Electric Works

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 76 of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Amethyst Electric Power Board to construct electric works which may from time to time be required for the distribution and supply of electricity within the Amethyst Electric Power District as defined in the Proclamation specified in the Schedule hereto.
