A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation, dated the 24th day of November 1950 and published in Gazette, 30 November 1950, Volume III, page 2032, and registered as No. 4272, Wellington Land Registry, defining the middle line of a motorway in Blocks VII and XII, Belmont Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
