A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 0·5 of a perch situated in Block I, Akaroa Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Rural Section 2492; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19759 (S.O. 10492), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
