A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SECTION 41, Block IX, Wharepapa Survey District, Otorohanga County: Area, 892 acres, more or less. As shown on plan No. 37/28, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. Plan 41816).

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of a public road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of Southland County as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of October 1965.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 47 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the proper use thereof in accordance with the operative district scheme of the city and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of October 1965.
