2. On and from the date aforesaid the area described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the Borough of Te Puke and included in the County of Tauranga.
3. The alteration of the boundaries of the said borough and county hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have been effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.

FIRST SCHEDULE

FIRSTLY, all that area in South Auckland Land District, Tauranga County, situated in Block II, Maketu Survey District, containing 334 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of part Lot 1, D.P. 17893, and proceeding easterly along the northern boundaries of the aforesaid part Lot 1, part Lot 1, D.P. 17893 (secondary school site, Gazette, 1957, page 1182), Lots 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2, D.P.
