Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule hereto, held by Maitland Francis Watts, of Wanganui, surveyor, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 27453, Wellington Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held by Peter Robert Baker, of Wanganui, accountant, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 477804, Wellington Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, held by Douglas Bernard O'Loughlin, of Wanganui, public servant, and Mary Elizabeth O'Loughlin, his wife, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 27728, Wellington Land Registry, are hereby taken for better utilisation from and after the 20th day of September 1965.
