PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the drainage rights created by Deed No. 225910, North Auckland Registry, for a secondary school from and after the 20th day of September 1965.

Declaring Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for a Public School in Block II, Hukatere Survey District, Otamatea County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to those effects having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule is hereby taken for a public school, and that an easement (right of way) is hereby taken for a public school over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity for herself, her servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees from time to time and at all times by day and by night to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses and domestic animals of any kind and with or without carriages, vehicles, motor vehicles, machinery, and implements of any kind, over and along the said land described in the Second Schedule, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way; and I also declare that the aforesaid easement shall be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, from and after the 20th day of September 1965.
