Declaring Land Taken for Street and for a Reservoir in the City of Auckland

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule is hereby taken for street; and the land described in the Second Schedule is hereby taken for a reservoir; and that the said pieces of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland from and after the 20th day of September 1965.
