PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the drainage easements appurtenant to Lots 1, 3, and 5, D.P. S. 8912, created by transfers 118108 and 133307 and subject as to the said Lots 1, 3, and 5 to the fencing agreement contained in transfer 244324 and to the building-line restriction imposed by S. 283138, South Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes from and after the 20th day of September 1965.
