of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the
Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Major-General the
Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Admini-
strator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 12·5 perches situated in
Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland,
North Auckland R.D., and being Lot 92 of Allotment 5,
Section 3, Suburbs of Auckland. All certificate of title, Volume
587, folio 208, North Auckland Land Registry (limited as to
parcels).
Given under the hand of his Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 20th day of August 1965.

Land Taken for Street Purposes in the Town District of
Warkworth and Revoking a Previous Proclamation
H. E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for street purposes and shall vest in
the Chairman, Councillors, and Citizens of the Town District
of Warkworth as from the date hereinafter mentioned, and
I also hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 25th day
of May 1965, and published in Gazette, 17 June 1965, No. 34,
at page 972, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at
Auckland as No. A87047; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of
September 1965.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 30·9 perches situated
in Block VII, Mahurangi Survey District, Warkworth Town
District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 70,
Parish of Mahurangi; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19436 (S.O. 44786),
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.
