A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act, 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Giffen Peterson, of Wairio, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 81183, Southland Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaim that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, that the closed road first described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in John Logan, of Buckland, farmer, subject to mortgage 264009 (North Auckland Land Registry), and that the closed road secondly described in the said Second Schedule and the land described in the said Third Schedule shall vest in Vincent Gust, of Pukekohe, farmer, subject to mortgage 442876 (North Auckland Land Registry).
