AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, notice is hereby given that the Auckland Regional Authority proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to take the land in the Schedule hereto for a regional reserve.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited at the office of the Auckland Regional Authority, at Rexall House, at the corner of Customs Street West, and Albert Street, Auckland and is open for inspection without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected who have any objection to the taking of the said lands (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) must set forth such objection in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Secretary of the Auckland Regional Authority, at Rexall House, corner of Customs Street West, and Albert Street, Auckland.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land in the County of Waitemata, containing 2 acres and 10 perches, more or less, being part of the land on Deposited Plan 1266, being part of Allotment 7A of the Parish of Waipareira, and being the residue of the land in certificates of title, Volume 70, folio 265, and Volume 70, folio 266, Auckland Registry.
The said land is in Forest Hill Road, Henderson, about 2¼ miles from Parr’s Crossroads, has a road frontage of approximately 67 ft, and runs back to the Centennial Memorial Park.
The present owners of the land being unknown this notice is intended also to be a public notification for the purposes of section 3 (3) of the Public Works Act 1928.

CITY OF ROTORUA
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Rotorua City Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of extensions to and the widening of the Rotorua City water supply pipeline in the County of Rotorua, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the Rotorua City Council, situated at Arawa Street, in the City of Rotorua, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said lands who may have any objections they may wish to make to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of said lands, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, must set forth their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Arawa Street, in the City of Rotorua.

TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Tauranga County Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 to take for the purposes of a road the interests of the lessees in the portions of land described in the Schedule hereto held by Gilbert Jones and by Wallace Robert Fegan and Patricia Anne Fegan respectively under leases in perpetuity, Volume 1401, folio 96, and Volume 87, folio 43 (South Auckland Land Registry). A plan showing the portions of land proposed to be taken is available for public inspection at the office of the Tauranga County Council, Barkes Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, during 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons affected by the taking of the land and having well grounded objections thereto are hereby called upon to set forth their objections in writing and send the same to the office of the Tauranga County Council on or before the 9th day of September 1965.

WHAKATANE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Sewerage Renewal Loan 1965, £39,300
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Whakatane Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing for the annual charges on a loan of thirty-nine thousand three hundred pounds (£39,300) authorised to be raised by the Whakatane Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purposes of repaying on maturity those portions of the Sewerage Loan 1954, £162,000 which mature on 1 August and 1 October 1965, the said Whakatane Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal point three three pence (0·33d.) in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the Borough of Whakatane; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Whakatane Borough Council held on the 23rd day of August 1965.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Administration Building Additional Loan No. 2, 1963, £245,000
THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and amendments, the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and amendment, and regulations thereunder, and of all other powers thereunto enabling it, the Auckland City Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of two hundred and forty-five thousand pounds (£245,000) to be known as the Administration Building Additional Loan No. 2, 1963, £245,000 which amount is proposed to be raised by the Auckland City Council under the above-mentioned Acts for the purpose of meeting part of the cost of erecting the City Administration Building and the cost of raising the loan, the said Auckland City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of four-thirteenths of one penny (⁴⁄₁₃ths of 1d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable value (on the basis of the annual value) of all rateable property of Auckland City comprising the whole of the City of Auckland; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of the said loan or until the loan is fully paid off.”
