the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work,

namely, the provision of a road, being portion of Rama Rama -
Bombay road, within the County of Franklin, and for the
purposes of such public work the lands described in the
Schedule hereto are required to be taken.

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands
so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the
Clerk to the said Council situated in Roulston Street, Puke-
kohe, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons
during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by and who have well grounded
objections to the execution of the said public work or the
taking of such lands must state their objections in writing and
send the same, within 40 days from the 25th day of August
1965, being the day of the first publication of this notice, to the
County Clerk at the County Office, Roulston Street, Pukekohe.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Waiheke Road Board
proposes to execute a certain public work, namely, the
construction of a new public road; and for the purpose of
such public work the land described in the Schedule
hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further
given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is
deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the said Board
situated in Belgium Street, Ostend, and is open for inspection,
without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking of the said land who have any well
grounded objections to the execution of the said public work
or to the taking of the said land must set out their objections
in writing and send same, within 40 days from the first
publication of this notice, to the Clerk at his office aforesaid.

BOROUGH OF GLEN EDEN

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and
the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the
Glen Eden Borough Council, the local authority of the
Borough of Glen Eden, proposes, under the provisions of
the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work.
namely, the making of a public recreation ground in the said
borough; and for such public work the land described in the
Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby
further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken
is deposited in the public offices of the Glen Eden Borough
Council, 168 West Coast Road, Glen Eden, and is open for
inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office
hours.

Every person affected by the execution of the said public
work or the taking of the said land is called upon to set
forth in writing any objections he may wish to make to the
execution of the said work to the taking of the said land,
not being an objection as to the amount or payment of
compensation, and to send the written objections, within 40
days from the first publication of this notice, to the Glen
Eden Borough Council, 168 West Coast Road, Glen Eden.

PALMERSTON NORTH CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amend-
ments, notice is hereby given that the Palmerston North City
Council intends to take, under the provisions of the Public
Works Act 1928, the lands described in the Schedule hereto
for the purpose of a public reserve. A plan of the said lands
is deposited at the public office of the Palmerston North City
Council, The Square, Palmerston North, and is there open
for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours. All
persons affected by the execution of the said public work or
by the taking of the said lands are hereby required and
called upon to set forth in writing any well grounded objections
to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the
said lands and to send such writing, within forty (40) days
from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk
of the City of Palmerston North.

(a) Six acres one rood thirty-seven decimal eight perches
(6 a. 1 r. 37·8 p.), being part Sections 250 and 251, Town

(b) Eight decimal two perches (8·2 p.), being part Section

The above-described land comprises part of the land used

Act 1956, notice is hereby given that the Hawera County
Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned
Acts, to execute a public work, namely to improve the align-
ment of the Normanby Road for a distance of approximately
107 chains from a point 8 chains west of the Burgon Road
to a point 8 chains east of the Waingongoro River, and for
the purpose of such public work the lands described in the
Schedule hereto are required to be taken or stopped; and
notice is hereby further given that the plan of the lands so
required to be taken or stopped is deposited in the public
office of the Hawera County Council, situated in Princes Street,
Hawera, and is open for inspection, without fee, during
ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the proposed taking or stopping
are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objections
to the execution of the work or to the taking or stopping
of the said lands, not being an objection to the amount or pay-
ment of compensation, and to send such written objection,
within 40 days of the date of the first publication of this notice,
namely, the 24th day of August 1965, to the Hawera County
Council, Princes Street, Hawera.
