described, to a point in the middle of State Highway No. 1

continuing westerly generally along the Waitemata County
boundary as described in Gazette, 1957, page 1295, to and
along the southern boundaries of Lot 3, D.P. 29311, and
of Allotment 450, Paremoremo Parish, to the eastern side of
State Highway No. 18 in Block V, Waitemata Survey District;

thence along a right line to and along the southern boundaries

Riding hereinbefore described, to and generally easterly and
then southerly along the Waitemata County boundary as

left bank of the Henderson Creek to and westerly and then
again southerly along the northern and generally western
