PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and vested in Jack Stanley Butler, of Pirongia, farmer, subject to mortgage S. 82766, South Auckland Land Registry.
