Land Taken for a Recreation Ground in Block IV, Tauranga Survey District, Tauranga County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Tauranga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of August 1965.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 26 perches situated in Block IV, Tauranga Survey District, being part Lot 2, D.P. 12835; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19620 (S.O. 42814), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of July 1965.

All that piece of land containing 1·7 perches situated in Block IV, Huangarua Survey District, Wellington R.D., and being part Section 31, Ahiaruhe District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19255 (S.O. 25412), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Tauranga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of August 1965.
