State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the street described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land now held for a public school described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of street containing 24·4 perches situated in the Borough of East Coast Bays, North Auckland R.D., adjoining Lots 9, 10, 11, and 12, D.P. 37095; coloured green on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 2 roods 8 perches situated in the Borough of East Coast Bays, North Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 15, D.P. 40850; coloured yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19120 (S.O. 44669), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
