HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Waipa County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of road situated in Block XVI, Alexandra Survey District, described as follows:

Altering the Boundaries of the Westland Catchment District

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby alters the boundaries of the Westland Catchment District as constituted by Order in Council dated the 13th day of December 1944, published in Gazette, 14 December 1944, Vol. III, page 1504, as amended by Order in Council dated the 9th day of September 1953, published in Gazette, 10 September 1953, Vol. III, page 1472, and further amended by Order in Council dated the 31st day of August 1960, published in Gazette, 1 September 1960, No. 56, page 1306, by including therein the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Nelson and Westland Land Districts containing an area of 1,886 square miles, more or less, comprising the County of Buller as described in the Gazette, 1922, at page 231 and the Borough of Westport as described in the Gazette, 1873, at page 237.

Declaring the Number of Members and Apportioning Representation on the Westland Catchment Board

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 18th day of August 1965
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated 13 December 1944 and published in Gazette, No. 96, of 14 December 1944, at page 1504, and doth hereby declare that the Westland Catchment Board shall consist of 10 elective members and five non-elective members, and that the number of such elective members to be representative of each separate constituent district or combined district within the catchment district on the said Board shall be the number specified in the Schedule hereto opposite the name of the constituent district or group of names of constituent districts comprising a combined district; and doth further declare that each group of constituent districts, the names of which are bracketed together in the first column of the Schedule hereto, is hereby constituted a combined district for the purposes of the said Act, and that the principal local authority of each such combined district shall be the local authority of the constituent district distinguished in the first column of the Schedule hereto by the letter “(P)”.

Authorising Kerridge Odeon Tourist Services Ltd. to Erect and Use Certain Electric Lines on Pakatoa Island, Hauraki Gulf

At the Government House at Wellington this 11th day of August 1965

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises Kerridge Odeon Tourist Services Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland (hereinafter referred to as the licensee), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.
CONDITIONS
IMPLIED CONDITIONS
- The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961 shall be incorporated in and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS
- This licence is issued under the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, and is subject thereto, and to the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and to all regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively.
