A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held by Beatrice Mildred Fowler, of National Park, widow, as executrix of the estate of Maurice Mabley Fowler, deceased, under and by virtue of railway lease No. 32910 dated the 5th day of September 1957, is hereby taken for the purposes of the North Island Main Trunk Railway.

ALL that piece of land containing 8Β·4 perches situated in Block XVI, Kaitieke Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 8, L.O. 7372; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19614 (S.O. 26222), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of August 1965.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of the Waharoa-Apata (Kaimai Deviation) Railway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only that land situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 19608 (S.O. 43080) referred to in the said Schedule.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 3rd day of August 1949 and published in Gazette, No. 45, of 4 August 1949, page 1625, and doth hereby declare that the persons holding for the time being the offices of

Farm Advisory Officer, Department of Agriculture, Greymouth;

Conservator of Forests, State Forest Service, Hokitika;

Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works, Greymouth;

Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Land District of Westland; Department of Lands and Survey, Hokitika;
