Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND REGISTRY
All that portion of road situated in Block XII, Wairoa Survey District, North Auckland R.D., commencing at the southernmost boundary of Allotment 23 of the Suburbs of Otau and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally along the right bank of the Wairoa River for a distance of approximately 77 chains and terminating at a public road adjacent to the southern corner of Allotment 65, Suburbs of Otau; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19581 (S.O. 44738), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

Pursuant to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the service lane described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Kawerau and be under the control and management of the Kawerau Borough Council.

North Auckland Electric Power District Representation Order 1965

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
-
(i) This order may be cited as the North Auckland Electric Power District Representation Order 1965.
(ii) This order shall come into force on the date of the next general election of members of local authorities. -
The constituent districts of the North Auckland Electric Power District, which are bracketed together in the first column of the Schedule hereto, shall be a combined district for the purposes of the said Act.

The local authority of the constituent district, distinguished in the first column of the Schedule hereto by the letter "(P)", shall be the principal local authority of the combined district.
-
The number of representatives on each constituent district or combined district of the North Auckland Electric Power District on the North Auckland Electric Power Board shall be the number specified in the Schedule hereto opposite the name of that constituent district or combined district.

The Order in Council dated the 7th day of October 1959 and published in the Gazette on the 8th day of the same month at page 1422, apportioning representation on the North Auckland Electric Power Board, is hereby revoked.
