A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land first described in the Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim that the road secondly described is closed and shall vest in Kurt Leopold Blum, of Wellington, restaurant proprietor, subject to memoranda of mortgages 43002 and 43003, Marlborough Land Registry.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land and road situated in Block IV, Linkwater Survey District, Pelorus Sound Registration District, described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto and also hereby declare that the road lastly described in the said Schedule shall vest in the Fletcher Timber Co. Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation, dated the 15th day of February 1961, published in Gazette, 23 February 1961, Volume I, page 322, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as S. 201679, defining the middle line of the Te Maunga - Mount Maunganui Motorway in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation, dated the 15th day of December 1938 and published in Gazette, 21 December 1938, Volume III, at page 2813, and registered as No. 2762, Wellington Land Registry, defining the middle line of a road in Blocks VIII and XIII, Belmont Survey District, viz, portion of Western Hutt Road, in so far as it affects the land shown on D.P. 26432. Part certificate of title, Volume 542, folio 277, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of July 1965.
