Copies of the changes as approved have been deposited in the Council office, in the public library in the district, and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

BOROUGH OF MANUREWA
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Manurewa District Scheme Approved
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for the Borough of Manurewa was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 19th day of July 1965 after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the district scheme required by the Board had been incorporated.
The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 16th day of August 1965.
Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the Council’s office and in every public library in the district and may be inspected, without fee by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

Specified Departure From Manurewa District Scheme—Grimes and Browning Holdings Ltd.
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, notice is hereby given that the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board has consented to the application of Grimes and Browning Holdings Ltd. to use part Lot 1, D.P. 23379 (240 Great South Road, Manurewa), for the purpose of providing private off-street parking space for the tenant shopkeepers of the adjacent blocks of shops of which the owner is the registered owner and for the customers of those shopkeepers, the approval being subject to the following conditions:

The house at present on the property to be fenced off from the land lying between it and the Great South Road, and the said house, whilst maintained, to be used as a residence.

That suitable access be provided from Great South Road to the parking area and to the satisfaction of the Council.

That at such time as the company does of its own volition demolish the house and remove the aforementioned fence the entire area will be utilised for the purpose of car park.

The concrete-block wall at present “running-in” from McAnnalley Street along the boundary of the shops site to be continued across the rear of the said property and in such manner as may be determined together with the borough engineer owing to the variation in the contour of the land.

That so long as the zoning of the area remains residential the company may at any time return the use of the land to any or such of the uses as may be permitted by that zoning at that time.
A copy of the Board’s decision including the conditions thereto may be inspected during office hours at the office of the Manurewa Borough Council, Hall Road, Manurewa.

Departure from Operative Scheme
NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and its amendments and of the regulations made thereunder, the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, by order dated the 5th day of May 1965, gave its consent to a departure from the operative district scheme of the City of Nelson as follows:
By permitting the Nelson City Council to use the land described in the Schedule hereunder in such manner as would be permissible if the said land was zoned for residential purposes.

ALL the land contained in D.P. 6682, Nelson Registry, being an area of 1 rood 14·2 perches and being part of an area of land fronting Hanby Park.

Proposed Changes to the City of Christchurch District Scheme, Section One (Zoning)—Amended Notice
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to resolutions of the Christchurch City Council dated 21 June 1965, it has been recommended that the operative district scheme be changed in respect of the matters listed in the Schedule hereunder.
The changes of the district scheme as now recommended by the Council are deposited in the Council offices, 194 Manchester Street; the Canterbury Public Library, Cambridge Terrace; and in the Woolston Public Library, Ferry Road; and may be inspected, without fee, during usual office hours.
Objections to the proposed changes of the district scheme may be made in written notice on form E prescribed in the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect, marked “Objection to Scheme Change”, and lodged at the offices of the Council at any time not later than Wednesday, 15 September 1965. An appropriate form for use by objectors is available at the Council offices and at the Public Library.
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at a hearing of objections if he notifies the Council in writing within a period of which public notices will be given.

Notification of Review of Richmond District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Richmond Borough Council made on the 20th day of May 1965, a reviewed district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
The scheme relates to the Borough of Richmond. The scheme has been deposited in the Richmond Public Library, the Richmond Council Chambers, Cambridge Street, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act, and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the reviewed scheme or to any part thereof shall be in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960 and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than Monday, 1 November 1965. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.
