Notice Calling Final Meeting
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Regional Supplies Ltd. (in liquidation), notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at 120 East Queen Street, Hastings, on the 23rd day of July 1965, at 3 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
Further Business:
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution:
“That the books and accounts of the company be disposed of by handing them to Messrs McCulloch, Butler, and Spence, of Hastings, to keep for a period of five years after which they be finally disposed of.”

HOWICK BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pensioner Housing Loan 1964
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Howick Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £24,850 authorised to be raised by the Howick Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for purchasing land and erecting accommodation for old people, the said Howick Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0·103d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Howick; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of August and the 1st day of February in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 40 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

OTAHUHU BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Staff Housing Loan 1965, £5,700
“THAT for the purpose of providing the annual charges on the loan of five thousand seven hundred pounds (£5,700) authorised to be raised by the Otahuhu Borough Council under the provisions of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the purpose of purchasing and erecting a house and garage for Council staff, the said Otahuhu Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought two nought two nine pence (·02029d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough of Otahuhu; and that the said rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be repayable in each and every year on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
“That the Otahuhu Borough Council hereby appropriates and pledges the foregoing rate as security for the said loan.”
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of resolution No. 2162 passed by the Otahuhu Borough Council and recorded in the minutes of the proceedings of the meeting held on the 23rd day of June 1965.

TAKAPUNA CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Ward A Water Reticulation Loan, 1954, £140,000 (£40,000 Portion)
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Takapuna City Council resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on the Ward A Water Reticulation Loan, 1954, £140,000 (£40,000 portion), authorised to be raised by the Takapuna City Council by way of special loan under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the purposes of water reticulation works in the City of Takapuna, the Takapuna City Council makes a special rate of decimal nought six two pence (·062d.) in the pound (£) on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property in the City of Takapuna); and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate and be payable yearly on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of twenty-five (25) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Takapuna City Council held on the 22nd day of June 1965.

FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Franklin County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of fourteen thousand pounds (£14,000) authorised to be raised by the Franklin County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of building and furnishing a hall at Otawa, the Franklin County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal six five eight pence (·658d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Otawa Hall Special Rating Area of the County of Franklin; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of October in each and every year until such loan is fully paid off.”
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Franklin County Council held on the 28th day of June 1965.

UPPER HUTT BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Sewerage and Storm-water Drainage—Amalgamated Renewal Loan No. 2, 1965, of £15,000
“That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Upper Hutt Borough Council, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £15,000 authorised to be raised by the Upper Hutt Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying on maturity that portion of the Sewerage and Storm-water Drainage—Amalgamated Loan 1954, which matures on 1 October 1965, the said Upper Hutt Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·065d. in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Upper Hutt; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year until the loan is fully repaid.”
The foregoing resolution was passed at the ordinary meeting of the Upper Hutt Borough Council held in the Council Chambers, Main Road, Upper Hutt, on Tuesday the 29th day of June 1965.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Rimutaka Riding Sewerage Reticulation Loan 1965, £50,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hutt County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £50,000 authorised to be raised by the Hutt County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of providing sewerage reticulation in the Rimutaka Riding, the said Hutt County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 2·45 pence (two pence and forty-five one hundredths of one penny) in the pound upon the unimproved value of all rateable property in the No. 65 Special Rating Area of the Rimutaka Riding of the County of Hutt; and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Hutt County Council held on the 24th day of June 1965.
