Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of Portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Duplication)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 30th day of July 1948, published in Gazette, 5 August 1948, Volume II, page 975, and registered as No. 3923, Wellington Land Registry, defining the middle line of a portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Duplication) in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
