A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road
the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Block VII, Oreti Hundred, Southland County

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby
proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in
the Third Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Lionel
George Patterson, of Thornbury, farmer, subject to memoran-
dum of mortgage No. 83629 and notice of charge No. 168076,
Southland Land Registry; and also hereby proclaim that the
road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is closed and
shall vest in John Miller, of Oreti, farmer, subject to
memoranda of mortgage Nos. 156017 and 184220, Southland
Land Registry; and also hereby proclaim that the road
described in the Fifth Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest
in Albert Walter Zwies and Herbert Frank Zwies, both of
Oreti, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject
to memorandum of mortgage No. 166114, Southland Land
Registry; and also hereby take the land described in the
Sixth Schedule hereto for the purpose of subsection 6 of the
said section 29 and declare that the said land, when taken,
shall vest in Albert Walter Zwies and Herbert Frank Zwies,
both of Oreti, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares,
subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 166114, South-
land Land Registry.
