Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block VIII, Mount
Robinson Survey District, Horowhenua County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after
the 21st day of June 1965.

Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

Declaring Leasehold Interest in Land Taken for the Purposes
of a road in Block VI, Tahoraiti Survey District, Woodville
County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements
to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold interest
in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her
Majesty the Queen, by Maraenui Ltd., a duly registered
company, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No.
SF 61, Hawke's Bay Land District, is hereby taken for the
purposes of a road from and after the 21st day of June 1965.

All that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 3·5 perches
situated in Block VI, Tahoraiti Survey District, Woodville
County, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Section 11; as the

Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
