By permitting the Bell Radio-Television Corporation Ltd. to erect buildings as shown on the plan (attached to the original transcription of the Board’s decision) as such buildings are marked in yellow and further that the Bell Radio-Television Corporation Ltd. is permitted to use such buildings for the purposes indicated on the plan and further that the Bell Radio-Television Corporation Ltd. is permitted to use the balance of the land as shown and designated on the plan and including that marked “residential site” for car-park and truck-loading purposes, for such purposes subject, however, in all respects to the provisions of the Council’s code of ordinances and subject also to the following specific conditions:
(a) That any noise which may arise from time to time from Bell Radio-Television Corporation Ltd.’s use of the land and buildings, the subject-matter of this application shall be reduced to a level satisfactory to the Mount Eden Borough Council in such manner as the Council shall from time to time direct.
(b) That off-street parking spaces be provided to satisfy the provisions of the district scheme for the whole of the area, buildings and activities conducted by the company in all the parcels of land which come within the scope of the application.
(c) That no vehicular traffic be permitted to leave the property by the Dominion Road access but it all be directed through the Valley Road access.
It is further ordered by consent that leave be reserved to all parties to refer any question back to the Board at any time.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
City-Westshore Section of the Napier District Scheme
NOTICE is hereby given that the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board has consented to a specific departure from the above section of the scheme by permitting Noel Harvey Byers and Phillis Pearl Byers to use the land described in the Schedule hereto and situated at 84 Meeanee Quay, Westshore, for the erection thereon of a drive-in bottle store and flagon bar and the carrying on of business in conjunction with the Westshore Hotel, notwithstanding that the said land is, and shall remain zoned “Residential B” subject, however, to the condition that the certificate of title to the land described in the Schedule hereto and that to the land upon which the hotel is erected are amalgamated.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Amendment to Operative Town Planning Scheme
TAKE notice that the Onehunga Borough Council proposes to amend its operative district town planning scheme by inserting therein a provision to the following effect:
No person shall erect, construct, or maintain on any property any poster, signboard, or any other means of outdoor advertising display which—
(a) Are or could be prejudicial to the amenities of the neighbourhood.
(b) Could create a traffic hazard.
(c) Would be unsightly.
Provided that in no circumstances shall any poster, signboard, or outdoor advertising display be erected or permitted in any residential zone.
Any owner or occupier desirous of objecting to this proposed amendment must lodge his objections in writing at the Onehunga Borough Council Chambers, Queen Street, Onehunga, on or before the 26th day of July 1965.

Departure From Operative Scheme
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and its amendments and of the regulations made thereunder, that the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, by order dated 3 May 1965, gave consent to a departure from the operative district scheme of the City of Nelson, to the extent indicated hereunder.
By permitting Mr R. H. Wadsworth to subdivide for residential purposes all that parcel of land fronting Harley Terrace and adjacent to the railway reserve in the City of Nelson, and which land is more particularly described in the Schedule hereto (notwithstanding that the land is and shall remain zoned “Rural”).
SCHEDULE
ALL those parcels of land, firstly, containing 10 acres 2 roods 5 perches, more or less, being part Lot 3 on Deposited Plan 213 and part Sections 43 and 46, District of Suburban South, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 37, folio 128 (Nelson Registry), and secondly, containing 5 acres, more or less, being part Lot 3, Deposited Plan 213, and being part Section 46, Suburban South, Block III, Waimea Survey District, and more particularly shown on Deposited Plan 404, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 36, folio 210 (Nelson Registry).

WHANGAREI CITY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Maunu-Tikipunga Sectional District Scheme Approval
PURSUANT to section 28 (2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the sectional district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for the Maunu-Tikipunga areas was approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 2nd day of June 1965 after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give affect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the district scheme required by the Board had been incorporated.
The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 14th day of June 1965.
Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the Council’s office and in every public library in the district and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.

Changes to the Town District of Kamo District Scheme Approved
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the under-mentioned changes to the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 for the Town District of Kamo, were approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 8th day of June 1965.
The Council also resolved that the under-mentioned changes to the district scheme shall come into operation on the 21st day of June 1965.
Copies of the scheme changes as approved have been deposited in the Council’s office and in the public library and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when these places are open to the public.
