AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY
SPECIAL ORDER
Bulk Water-Supply Loan No. 1, 1965, £580,000, First Issue,
£180,000
THE Auckland Regional Authority, in exercise of the powers
vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963,
section 42, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon it
under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise of
all other powers enabling it in that behalf, doth hereby resolve,
by special resolution intended to operate as a special order,
to borrow the sum of £180,000 as a special loan to be known
as the Bulk Water-supply Loan No. 1, 1965, £580,000, first
issue, £180,000, for the purpose of completing the upper
Maungatawhiri dam and the Mangatani aqueduct, carrying out
further extensions to the Ardmore filter station, and investiga-
tions and preliminary works for future headworks in the
Hunua and Waitakere Reserves and progress upgrading of
trunk mains for both reserves.
The foregoing special order was made by way of a special
resolution passed at a special meeting of the authority held
on the 23rd day of April 1965. It was publicly notified in the
Auckland Star on the 5th day of May and the 19th day of
May 1965 and confirmed at the ordinary meeting of the
authority held on the 21st day of May 1965.
The common seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was
hereunto affixed this 21st day of May 1965.

Airport Loan No. 1, 1964, £2,500,000, Second Issue, £200,000
THE Auckland Regional Authority, in exercise of the powers
vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963,
section 40, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon
it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise
of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, doth hereby
resolve, by special resolution intended to operate as a special
order, to borrow the sum of £200,000 as a special loan to be
known as the Airport Loan No. 1, 1964, £2,500,000, second
issue, £200,000, for the purpose of meeting part of the
authority's portion of the cost of the Auckland International
Airport.
The foregoing special order was made by way of a special
resolution passed at a special meeting of the authority held on
the 23rd day of April 1965. It was publicly notified in the
Auckland Star on the 5th day of May and the 19th day
of May 1965, and confirmed at the ordinary meeting of the
authority held on the 21st day of May 1965.
The common seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was
hereunto affixed this 21st day of May 1965.

ADMINISTRATION ACT 1952
In the matter of the Administration Act 1952 and its amend-
ments and in the matter of the estate of Robert Faulds Gros-
sett, late of Dunedin but now deceased, butcher, notice is here-
by given that the Public Trustee of New Zealand, on the 3rd
day of June 1965, filed a certificate in the Supreme Court
at Dunedin electing to administer the above-mentioned estate
under Part IV of the Administration Act 1952, and that the
said estate will, as from the said date, be administered, realised,
and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of
bankruptcy.
I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above
estate to be held at the Public Trust Office, Dunedin, on the
14th day of June 1965, at 11 a.m.
All creditors, whether they have already submitted their
claims or not, are required to prove their debts within the
time and in the manner provided by the Bankruptcy Act 1908.
Proof of debt forms may be procured at my office.

MINING ACT 1926
NOTICE is hereby given that Alan Walter Jackson Greer and
Mary Margaret Greer have applied to the Warden of the
Otago Mining District at Cromwell under application No.
45/1965 to alter the course of water race held under Licence
5676 so as to commence at the present point of intake in
Mann's Creek in Section 4, Block II, Swinburn District, owned
by the Naseby Borough Council, approximately 3 chains from
the western boundary of the said Section 4, running thence
westerly approximately 30 chains through said Section 4 and
Section 3, Block II, Swinburn District, owned by A. W. J. and
M. M. Greer and crossing the public road on the south-
west side of the said Section 3 at a point approximately 27/10
chains from its junction with Pisgah Road into Section 12,
Block II, Swinburn District, owned by W. M. Scott; thence
in a south-westerly direction to cross Pisgah Road approxi-
mately 57/10 chains west of the junction of the said public road
and Pisgah Road then in a south-west by westerly direction
down the south verge of Pisgah Road thence into Section 11,
Block II, Swinburn District, owned by D. J. Scott, at a
point approximately 6 chains south-west by west of the
north-east corner of the said Section 11, running thence
generally south to be fed into a natural gully at a point
approximately 41/2 chains south of Pisgah Road; thence in a
south-westerly direction down the said gully, the formed
race starting again at a point in the said gully approximately
1'57/10 chains from the south-east corner of the said Section
11 and running generally south and terminating in Section
13, Block II, Swinburn District, owned by A. W. J. and
M. M. Greer approximately 24 chains east of the south-
west corner of the said Section 11. The said application will
be heard at the Warden's Court, Cromwell, at 10 a.m. on
Tuesday the 13th day of July 1965. Objections must be
filed in the Registrar's Office and notified to applicants at
least three days before the time so appointed.
