ALL those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Waimate containing together 19 perches being those parts of Lots 1 and 2, Deposited Plan 138, being part Rural Section 5725, being part of the land comprised in part certificates of title, Volume 348, folio 118, and Volume 51, folio 145 (Canterbury Land Registry), as the same are more particularly delineated on Survey Office Plan 10409 and thereon coloured orange, being back land off Oxford Street, in the block bounded by Oxford Street, Augustine Street, Parsonage Road, and Timaru Road, Waimate.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land situated in the Borough of Waimate containing together 0·2 of a perch being those parts of Lots 1 and 2, Deposited Plan 138, being part Rural Section 5725, being part of the land comprised in part certificates of title, Volume 348, folio 118, and Volume 51, folio 145 (Canterbury Land Registry), as the same are more particularly delineated on Survey Office Plan 10409 and thereon coloured orange, being back land off Oxford Street in the block bounded by Oxford Street, Augustine Street, Parsonage Road, and Timaru Road, Waimate.

WAIA PU COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waipu County Council, acting under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Counties Act 1956, proposes to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto for a public work, namely for a public road.
Notice is further given that plans of the lands required to be taken are deposited in the offices of the Council at Te Puia Springs and of the Council’s solicitors, Messrs Nolan and Skeet, Childers Road, Gisborne, and are open for inspection by all persons during office hours.
All persons affected by the taking of such lands or by the execution of such public works must set forth in writing any objection they may wish to make to the execution of the said works or to the taking of the said lands, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and deliver the same to the offices of the Council within 40 days from the first publication of this notice.
The proposed road is a deviation of the approaches to the Makarika Stream crossing on State Highway No. 35.

HAMILTON CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, public notice is hereby given that the Hamilton City Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a service lane, for which purpose the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken under the provisions of sections 22 and 23 of the Public Works Act 1928.
A plan of the lands required to be taken as aforesaid is open for inspection at the Municipal Offices, Worley Street, Hamilton.
Every person affected wishing to object to the taking of such land shall set forth such objection (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) in writing and shall send such written objection, within 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk, Hamilton.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR STREET
Extension of Hayle Street to Oban Street
In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, notice is hereby given that the Oamaru Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, the extension of Hayle Street to Oban Street, and for the purposes of such public work the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for street. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Oamaru Borough Council situate in Thames Street and is open for inspection, without fee, by all person during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land who have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) must state their objections in writing and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, namely, the 1st day of June 1965, to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Thames Street, Oamaru.
