Declaring Land Taken (Together With Certain Rights) for
Housing Purposes (Pensioners’ Flats) in the Borough of
Onehunga

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken (together with the drainage
rights appurtenant to Lot 1, D.P. 34776, created by transfer
428534 (North Auckland Land Registry) for housing pur-
poses (pensioners’ flats) and shall vest in the Mayor, Council-
lors, and Citizens of the Borough of Onehunga from and after
the 14th day of June 1965.

in the City of Auckland

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate
or interest under and by virtue of leases 23127 and 23128
(North Auckland Land Registry) in the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a university from and
after the 14th day of June 1965.

Declaring Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for a
Public School in Block IV, Mahurangi Survey District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public
school, and a storm water drainage easement is hereby taken
for the purposes of a public school over the land described in
the Second Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the
Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority
in perpetuity to convey storm water along, under, or over
the said land and for that purpose to lay, construct, place,
reconstruct, inspect, cleanse, repair, renew, and maintain a
line of water pipes along, under, or over the said land and to
use the said line of pipes for the conveyance of storm water
and the right for Her Majesty’s servants, agents, and work-
men from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass,
and repass over the said land to carry out such work, such
easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the
First and Third Schedules hereto, from and after the 14th day
of June 1965.

9169, to the building-line condition contained in memorandum
of acceptance No. 129722, Taranaki Land Registry, for build-
ings of the General Government from and after the 14th day
