PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation from and after the 14th day of June 1965.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks, and the pipeline easement firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, and the right of way easement secondly described in the said Second Schedule is hereby taken for waterworks over the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, and that both the land and easements shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Matamata from and after the 14th day of June 1965.
