SCHEDULE

ALL that area of approximately 840 acres in the North Auckland Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District, on the north-western side of Sunset Road, 250 links distant from, and measured at right angles to, the western side of East Coast Road, and proceeding south-easterly generally along the boundary of the Borough of East Coast Bays as described in Gazette, 1954, page 291, to and southerly generally along the boundary of Takapuna City as described in Gazette, 1954, page 1307, to the easternmost corner of a part Allotment 190, Takapuna Parish, containing 5 acres 2 roods 6 perches, taken for better utilisation by Proclamation published in Gazette, 1961, page 1861, and shown on S.O. Plan 43089; thence north-westerly generally along the north-eastern boundary of the land taken as aforesaid, and the north-western boundary of Lot 49, D.P. 47481 (Recreation Reserve), to and along the western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 42749 (Recreation Reserve), Lots 12, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, and 21, D.P. 47933, and Lots 8 to 1 inclusive, D.P. 49073, to the westernmost corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence north-westerly along a right line to the easternmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 53558, on the northern side of Longview Road, and along the north-eastern boundary of the said Lot 1 to the northernmost corner of that lot; thence along another right line to the southernmost corner of Allotment 454, Takapuna Parish, on the north-western side of Sunset Road, and north-easterly along that side of the said road to the point of commencement.

The area described above includes approximately all that portion of the Glenfield County Town east of the proposed northern motorway route.
