THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

A plan showing the land to be taken (together with the names of the owners and occupiers of such land) is deposited in the Dannevirke Borough Council’s office in High Street, Dannevirke, and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during office hours.

All persons affected by the taking of the said land who have objections to the taking of the said land shall set forth such objections in writing and send such writing, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the Dannevirke Borough Council.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and its amendments and of the regulations made thereunder, that the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, by order dated the 3rd day of September 1964, has consented to a specified departure from the Pukekohe Borough Council Operative District Scheme by permitting the applicant, Medpard Pukekohe Ltd., to build and use doctor’s consulting rooms and surgery on the property known as 14 Hall Street, Pukekohe, being more particularly described as 26·92 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 121, Subsection 1, Parish of Pukekohe, and being the residue of land comprised in C.T., Volume 718, folio 178, Auckland Registry.

Departure No. 1 From Operative District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and its amendments and of the regulations made thereunder, that the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, by order dated the 6th day of April 1964, has consented to a specified departure from the Pukekohe Borough Council Operative District Scheme by permitting the applicants, Pukekohe Builders Supplies Ltd. and Dominion Breweries Ltd., to use the land described in the Schedule hereto for a licensed hotel-motel, subject to the following conditions.

(a) Minimum frontage of 25 ft to be provided in addition to street-widening line of 16 ft 6 in. and this area to be maintained with suitable landscaping (not to be used for parking).

(b) Number and nature of entrances to the property to be approved by the Council after building plans submitted.

(c) Off-street-parking requirements to be not less than 200 spaces for bar trade, plus sufficient spaces to cover motel and restaurant portions of premises.

HENDERSON BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Public Notification of Proposed Changes to Henderson District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Henderson Borough Council made on the 10th day of May 1965, changes to the district scheme have been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The changes are listed in the Schedule hereto.

The changes have been deposited in the office of the Henderson Borough Council, Thomas Street, Henderson, and are there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above office is open to the public.

Objections to the proposed changes or any parts thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960 and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 19th day of July 1965 (a suitable form for the use of objectors is available from the Council office). At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

KAIRANGA COUNTY COUNCIL

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Kairanga County Council will be determining an application received from Claremont Investments Ltd. for the change of use of land described as part Section 539, Town of Palmerston North, Block VI, Kairanga S.D., formerly the site of the Newbury dairy factory, from dairy factory site to accommodate the construction and maintenance of caravans and trailers and general light engineering work.

Every person who claims to be affected by the proposed use shall have a right to be heard by the Council in person, or by counsel, and to call evidence in support of his contentions, if he advises the Council to that effect in writing not later than Monday, 14 June 1965.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Kairanga County Council will be determining an application received from R. S. Temple for the conditional use in a rural zone of land situated on State Highway No. 54 and described as part Section 14, Block II, Kairanga S.D., for the purpose of erecting thereon a country retail grocery store.

Every person who claims to be affected by the proposed use shall have a right to be heard by the Council in person, or by counsel, and to call evidence in support of his contentions, if he advises the Council to that effect in writing not later than Monday, 14 June 1965.
