Declaring an Area in the Tauranga Acclimatisation District
to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the area described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge in the Tauranga Acclimatisation District for the purpose of the Wildlife Act 1953.
SCHEDULE
WAEWAETUTUKI 8B Block situated in Block I, Waihi South Survey District: Area, 17 acres and 28 perches, more or less. All certificates of title, Volume 3D folio 627 (M.L. 19231). As the same is shown on plan numbered I.A. 46/29/394 and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, at Wellington, and thereon edged in red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of May 1965.

Declaring an Area in the Auckland Acclimatisation District
to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the area described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge in the Auckland Acclimatisation District for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.
SCHEDULE
PART of Lake “E” (Hurrell’s Lake) situated in Block IX, Komakorau Survey District: Area, 15 acres, more or less (S.O. 11728). As the same is shown on plan numbered I.A. 46/29/398 and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, at Wellington, and thereon edged in red.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Declaring Land in the Southland Acclimatisation District as a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation, issued on the 27th day of March 1958 and published in the Gazette of 2 April 1958 at page 414, declaring land in the Southland Acclimatisation District as a wildlife refuge for the purpose of the Wildlife Act 1953, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
LAND at New River Hundred, Sections 20 and 21, Block XIV, New River Hundred: Area, 128 acres 2 roods 11 perches, more or less (S.O. 331). Part of certificate of title, Volume 146, folio 290. As the same is shown on plan marked I.A. 52/398 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XXV, Taringatura Survey District, described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed; and I also hereby resume the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection 6 of the said section 29.
