Additional Land at Te Rapa Taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of additional land taken:

A. R. P. Being
6 3 29·4 Part Allotment 209, Pukete Parish (D.P. 6887); coloured sepia.
7 2 25·7 Part Lot 1, D.P. 26629, being part Allotments 47 and 48, Pukete Parish; coloured yellow.
0 1 38·1 Part Allotment 48, Pukete Parish (D.P. 3396); coloured blue.

All situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, Hamilton City (S.O. 42913).

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 20138 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of May 1965.

Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes Near Springfield to Road Purposes

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that the said road shall be under the control of the Tawera County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as the other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land:

Situated in Block XI, Kowai Survey District, Tawera County (S.O. 10444).

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY

SECTION 399, Rangitikei District, situated in Block IV, Koitata Survey District, Rangitikei County: Area, 1 rood 13·85 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 808, folio 18. As shown on plan 81/11 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. Plan 24129).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of May 1965.
