A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim that the road described in the Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Thomas Duncan Glasgow, of Turakina, farmer, and Naomi Glasgow, wife of Hugh Alexander Glasgow, of Turakina, as tenants in common.

ALL that piece of road containing 3 roods 12·6 perches situated in Block XV, Ikitara Survey District, Wellington R.D., adjoining or passing through part Ruatangata 1c 3, and part Lot 1, D.P. 11311, being part Ruatangata 1c 3; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3551 (S.O. 24900) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
