PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto and hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Douglas Hugh Davie-Martin and Arthur Augustus Davie-Martin, of Mullet Point, farmers.
