PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto; and I also hereby proclaim that pursuant to subsections (6) and (9) of the said section 29 the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is taken and shall vest in Kathleen Marama O’Reilly, of Auckland, married woman, and that the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is taken and shall vest in Howard Frederick Smith, of Auckland, accountant.
