HELENSVILLE BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Helensville Borough Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act to execute a certain public work, namely the construction of a service land in the Borough of Helensville, and for the purpose of such public works the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said council, situated in Commercial Road, Helensville, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the taking of such lands who have any well grounded objections to the execution of said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing, and send the same within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk, Helensville Borough Council, Council Chambers, Commercial Road, Helensville.

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, notice is hereby given that the Auckland Regional Authority proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to take the land in the Schedule hereto for a regional reserve, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited at the office of the Auckland Regional Authority, at Rexell House, at the corner of Customs Street West and Albert Street, Auckland, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected who have any objection to the taking of the said lands (not being an objector to the amount or payment of compensation) must set forth such objection in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Secretary of the Auckland Regional Authority, at Rexell House, corner of Customs Street West and Albert Street, Auckland.

The said land is situated at Karekare, near Auckland, and is part of the land commonly known as Lone Kauri Farm.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, public notice is hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the portions of land described in the First Schedule hereto and to stop the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto. A plan of the portions of land proposed to be taken and of the portions of road proposed to be stopped is open for public inspection at the office of the Waikato County Council, Grey Street, Hamilton East, during 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the clerk to the above council and situated at corner of Ranolf and Amohau Streets, Rotorua, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the council made on the 5th day of May 1965, the council recommended that the Operative District Scheme be changed in respect of the matters listed in the Schedule hereto. The changes of the district scheme, as now recommended by the council, have been deposited in the Town Hall and the Public Library, and are there open for inspection by all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when the above places are open to the public.
